Meet the Doctor

Dr. Azita Shahgaldi

Doctor Shahgaldi has lived in SW Portland for over 20 years and went to Portland State University and received her B.S degree in General Science. After graduating from PSU, she went to dental school at Oregon Health Sciences University, where she received her D.M.D. in 2010.

Dr. Shahgaldi is dedicated to life-long education and spends a significant amount of time taking continuing dental education courses in advanced dental technology. She believes strongly in blending modern technology, art, and evidence-based dentistry to provide the highest quality care to her patients.

She is a true artist who enjoys painting, photography, crocheting, and kitting. She’s also passionate about volunteering her time to provide dental care to those in need with different organizations locally and internationally.

Dr. Shahgaldi lives in SW Portland with her husband and daughter and enjoys doing yoga, meditation, and gardening in her spare time.
