Payment and Insurance Options:

We are in network with Moda and accept All private dental insurance plans that allow Out-of-Network benefits and will bill your insurance on your behalf.

For most plans the percentage of coverage for in versus out of network is usually the same, or slightly different. Once you have scheduled we will be happy to complete a complimentary/courtesy benefits check for you.

We also do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, OHP or Discount Plans.

Payment for services, including any deductibles and co-payments, is expected at the time of treatment. For your convenience, We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, check, and major credit cards like Visa and MasterCard., American Express, and Discover.

Patient Financing:

CareCredit functions similarly to a credit card, enabling repeated use once approved. It provides low monthly payments and a variety of plans to fit your financial needs.
