Dr. Richard McKiney

Richard A. McKinney, DMD, is a general dentist and has been a resident of the Pacific Northwest for 14 years. He earned a bachelor of science degree from Portland State University before earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Oregon Health Sciences University. Dr. McKinney then went on to complete a general practice residency at Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, VA. It was during this time that he developed a passion and skill for oral surgery and IV sedation.
